1:Sales& Business developmentGenerate referrals from Agents, Partners, Current Clients and networking events.Handle all sales opportunities as per the company system for phone or in person tours.Responsible for the five start presentation of the floor, ensuring that all offices are setup to be leased.Follow up of leads& opportunities keeping CRM up to date.2: Leadership & Team managementCreate a positive and enjoyable work environment.Hire a great team of skilled, motivated individuals and train them to exceed client's expectations.Conduct performance review with team members to measure skills, training, discuss goals, successes and target.3: Customer ServiceManage client and their requests to ensure the highest satisfaction and reduce termination. Complete regular client's meeting to ensure high standard of service are provided.4: Managing Accounts and profitReview monthly profit and loss statement and improving profits. Accurately receipt client payment in accounting system from bank receipts.Following up collect client payment from outstanding clients.

Business Development•Hunting new business from global accounts, PR company and travel agency. •Complete RFP process to make sure we are in the vendor list every year. •Build relationship with Admin manager/ Purchasing manager/Assistant for each corporate account and make sure yearly contract signed.•Review price base on rooms nights contribution.•Coordinate catering details and accommodation with F&B, Front desk and Reservation.
