Complete regular case reviews and Supervision sessions with staff, provide guidance/recommendations and ensure staff are adhering to CWA policies and procedures.Ensure child protection/ safeguarding issues are followed in accordance with service guidelines. Responsible for completing team’s working hours rota, monitoring sickness, arranging clinical supervision for staff, performance management. Facilitating staff development including delivering training, facilitating team meetings and observing practice.Contribute to monitoring data, producing case studies and reports; provide accurate statistical information to the Services Director as required.
