I began my fitness journey competing in AAU, USGA and collegiate gymnastics competitions. I trained under Olympic Canadian Champion Earnestein Weaver. In 1999 I began coaching gymnastics winning the Level 4 NC State Championship. I then segued into personal training in 2004. My interest grew in Natural Bodybuilding winning the INBF Novice and Masters Atlantic-Regional Championships. I had the good fortune of being presented as Body Builder of the Week in BODYBUILDING.COM. I went on to pursue my pro card winning the NPA Ms. NC Masters Championship, as well as, placing top three in the NPA Pro-Classics.Facing many obstacles along the way and finding blessings out of adversity, I have become a supporter of the NAMI organization and Team Captain volunteer for The Walk For Hope for the last 10 years. I believe where the Mind and Body connect and work together, anything is possible. Mental health is crucial and combining my practice with both inner work to develop confidence and strength is equally as important as the outer physical work.Fitness training for over 16 years, I have helped hundreds of people attain healthier lifestyles through dedication, hard work, motivation and inspiration. Well-being is at my heart center. It is my hope to continue to encourage movement in others and bring quality living with longevity to those in the comfort of their own home.
