I am a lawyer, certified agile practitioner and HR professional focused on strategy development and execution in complex environments. I’m adaptable, commercial and thrive under pressure. I am also an optimiser, always looking for ways to improve experiences and processes. Completing the Born Global start up program with Enterprize Tasmania in 2023 has equipped me with a framework to build, test, learn and iterate which I apply to all areas of my life 🚀 I have led high performing teams working in fast paced environments, supporting multinational businesses with their trickiest people issues across the employee lifecycle. With my scrum hat on, I’ve leveraged agile ways of working and supported hybrid teams to uplift efficiency and improve agile maturity. I am passionate about helping communities thrive and am honoured to be on the boards of Business Events Tasmania and Launceston Central.
