Responsible for managing administrative operations, including personnel, and act as the primary liaison with current lease-holder. Collaboratively prepare annual and long-range business plans. Research, identify, write, and develop public and private grant applications to generate new grant-funding sources and revenues. Provide leadership for all marketing, philanthropic and community partnership activities.
