Lead Auditor, conducting Internal Audits, and hosting various External-Customer, and Regulator Body - Quality Systems Audits, including Aerospace Quality Standards such as AS 9100 D and AS13000 2021-03-01.The Quality Assurance role requires that I work tirelessly with a cross-functional teams to enhance the manufacturing and wider Business Processes. However my main responsibility is insuring that the various Company Approvals are maintained, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and support.Other tasks include: - Maintenance of Specification Library, using various tools including Q-Pulse. - Maintaining Supplier Approval databases. - Maintaining the companies Procedures and ensuring that the company procedures are reviewed periodically.- Working with Key Stake-holders and Process Owners to ensure that various Key Performance Indicators (key business metrics such as OTIF, Conversion Rate, Customer Satisfaction), are measured and monitored.- Ensuring that any identified non-conformances and opportunities for improvement are addressed in a timely manor through to a successful resolution and business improvement.

Working with Key Stakeholders to monitor internal quality impounds and identify potential quality issues. Performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing sustainable Corrective Actions, in a fast paced, high turnover production environment. Supporting and developing Special Processes at Hycrome Aerospace Limited.

Mentoring a team of process technologists who provide product verification, special process control and quality assurance in an aerospace manufacturing and engine repair facility.

Key Tasks included the review and approval of manufacturing methods and first article inspection reports (FAIRs). Material Review Board (MRB) member, sentencing parts and investigating root cause and corrective actions for non-conforming products.Heat treatment process owner, weld and braze assessor and process technologist supporting welding (TIG and resistance), heat treatment, chemical processes, plasma and thermal coatings, non-conventional machining (laser and EDM) and brazing (including vacuum brazing).

Responsible for the calibration and development of prototype fuel injectors for aerospace and industrial gas turbine engines. A member of the company's environmental steering team.
