Working in partnership with the business partners to provide effective staffing methods to attract and acquire top talent inclusive of talent planning, strategic recruiting methodologies, university relations and employment programs. Lead recruiting efforts, process improvements, recruitment business analyses while effectively managing and developing a recruitment support staff. Collaborate with management to fulfill their recruitment needs. Partner with executive team to plan and develop strategies regarding recruiting initiatives. Responsible for writing job descriptions. Communicate job offers and rejections both verbally and in writing to candidates. Oversees testing of applicants, reference checks, and pre-employment drug screens. Responsible for creating and administering New Hire Orientation and New Hire Onboarding.

Experienced in effectively establishing and maintaining both internal and external client relationships.Ability to accurately convey fact driven information and communicate effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills in regards to working with all levels, gaining consensus, therefore motivating and bringing teams together.Strong self-motivation and initiative, including a willingness to learn new things.High level of organization and planning skills.

Responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment support within two call centers. Develop, implement and administer short and long term recruitment strategy for exempt and non- exempt call center hiring. Lead recruiting efforts, process improvements, recruitment business analyses while effectively managing and developing a recruitment support staff. Enforce procedures for recruiting and hiring amongst junior staff recruiters. Collaborate with management to fulfill their recruitment needs. Partner with executive team to plan and develop strategies regarding recruiting initiatives. Communicate job offers and rejections both verbally and in writing to candidates offers are properly approved and EEOC / FCC documentation is properly maintained. Process Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) paperwork as necessary. Oversees testing of applicants, reference checks, and pre-employment drug screens. Develop monthly trending analysis on open positions to aid in issue identification.
