As the Founder and Executive Director of Musical Chairs Studio, I have created a superior musical learning environment for children and adults of all ages since 2004. My mission is to foster a love for music and build self-confidence and esteem through quality education and enrichment in various facets of the performing arts.I lead a team of 22 faculty who provide private and group lessons in piano, voice, violin, cello, guitar, bass, harp, ukulele, flute, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, drums, theater, drama, and visual arts to over 400 students in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago. We offer after-school enrichment programs in nearby public and private schools and preschools. Programs range from private instruction to group music classes and full theater productions. Through our Play it Forward Scholarship and Serenading Seniors Program, we provide free music instruction to underprivileged children and companionship to seniors. I am passionate about performing arts, education, and community, and I strive to make Musical Chairs Studio a place where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.
