I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from University of Lynchburg, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and a certification in business technology from Baton Rouge Community College. I have honed my skills in marketing data analysis, target market selling, and business data management throughout my career, and I have applied them to optimize the customer service and support processes at eHealth and other organizations.
