I am an experienced learning & development professional that is passionate about accelerating growth through the right content. I have done this as an instructor, instructional designer, and program leader. My experience includes working in the educational system and launching nonprofits to fulfill the needs of the community. In each case, I focus on the learners of all ages and abilities to find and execute creative strategies to deliver innovative learning experiences that meet the organizational objectives.My strong organizational skills and technical capabilities have enabled me to build innovative content while also building high impact teams.     I joined the public school district as an educator at Eisenhower Elementary. I teach 2nd grade and I also lead the site level program that I helped launch. I partner with the site level leadership and my colleagues to deliver the best learning experiences. As a result, I have been able to provide a wide range of experiences for learners from age 7 – 60+.My role as a leader includes the launch of the new experiential learning program as well as the training and development of my colleagues.     After relocating to Minnesota, I spent this time being placed by the educational staffing firm in a variety of temporary roles within the Hopkins Public School District. I worked with a diverse range of learners, colleagues, and leadership with each assignment. My success with this range of experiences and the people that I worked with during this time led to me joining the district full-time.As a temporary team member, I had to learn quickly so that I could provide quality experiences for the learners that I served. I did this by asking smart questions and taking initiative. I also documented the actions that I took thoroughly so that the returning instructor could provide seamless experiences for the learners after my assignment ended.I also focused on tailoring content and optimizing delivery methods to ensure learner success.
