To provide dedicated and professional prospecting, marketing and sales support to the Sales team to enable business and sales performance targets and goals. I am responsible for managing data standards and integrity at all times.

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I am responsible for the preparation of sales submission, market research and sales advice to solicitors and conveyancers • I support three sales agents and 16 staff members and prepare and book advertisement for local newspapers including the Inner West Courier, Central Courier and Chinese Weekly• I am responsible for checking all incoming and outgoing documents and organising marketing materials such as signboards, A4 brochures and property DL cards• Additional duties include answering internet and phone call enquiries, record sales enquiries and manage CRM, property copywriting, creating property alerts to prospective buyers and booking photographers and floorplanners• Highly experienced in MYDESKTOP, RP Data and Price Finder plus comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office and REST

• Set up over 2000 national broker/adviser/vendor/Macleasing accreditations (NSW, ACT, QLD & WA)• Provided support to the broker and adviser channel business development managers in relation to their broker accreditations, online access and general administrative aspects of the broker records• Built rapport and maintained a professional working relationship with advisers and key clients by providing one on one product training• Assist brokers with loan scenarios• Generated 30 weekly and monthly commission reports to vendors and advisers• Coordinated training locations and sessions for BDM and brokers throughout NSW• Appointed senior business development administrator, trained and delegated tasks within the flagship team of six business development administrators
