My approach to development is holistic, encompassing not only what is achieved in the spaces that I facilitate (in groups or individual coaching) but how I can support the complexity of the organisation or community to work together and make progress on its goals.I developed a passion for understanding and shaping cultures through individual and collective development early in my career, and have shaped my roles to develop this expertise.Excellence, collaboration and connection are important values that drive me and show through in the way I coach, manage and facilitate.I hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Arts, and Graduate Diploma Psychology, all from Monash University. I am also an alumna of the Harvard Kennedy School ‘The Art and Practice of Leadership’ program, and an Adjunct Faculty member of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute.I am a long time mindfulness practitioner, and teacher, trained at the Gawler Foundation.I'm fortunate to be part of Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Country and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. I pay respect to Elders past and present and to the pivotal role that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples continue to play in caring for Country across Australia.
