Fast-paced warehouse-like environment taking responsibility for tracking shipments and working safely and efficiently while sorting, processing, loading, and unloading packages.

-Short-term forecasting-Prepare weekly reports to send to business partners and internal staff that show future staffing outlook.-Create schedules for over 1000 agents in the LatAm network for two skills with two business partners. Previously over the Global English and India networks with eighteen skills and five business partners.-Gather Shrinkage information to report to each site and update trends within the WFM system.-Present weekly meetings to business partners to discuss the next week's staffing projections.-Give recommendations on schedule adjustments on the weekly and/or monthly level and send out EH needs for queues in jeopardy of missing Service Level targets.

-Use workforce management software and call volume to manage intra-day staffing levels.-Check staffing levels to determine the most effective methods for staffing adjustments.-Track and compare agent activity states to the agent’s actual schedule states.-Enter real-time exception segments into the workforce management software.-Prepare and maintain reports.-Report service levels.
