★Every child deserves great parenting and every parent deserves the joy great parenting brings.★That’s my philosophy and passion. I work with parents through workshops, classes, and private coaching to provide information, develop their skills, and boost confidence in parenting their children everyday. The results are parents that have:• less stress, more joy• capable, responsible, resourceful children• stronger and more harmonious families. As a frustrated parent in 2002, I found the Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) and after participating in their programs and becoming a program leader, shifted from just surviving everyday with 3 young active children to proactively creating a more harmonious family that could work to solve problems, grow and learn together. I offer a variety of workshops and classes for individuals and groups. I can bring programs into established Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs) or other parenting groups. You can attend one of my open group sessions or I can work with you one-on-one. Participants in my classes/workshops have reported that the information and skills that they have gained have changed their family interactions to be more fun, productive, satisfying and less stressful. They say “[Lisa is] highly organized, knowledgeable, friendly, a great facilitator and listener”.I led classes in the DC area for 5 years and am currently running programs in the Summit, NJ area.
