We’ll start by clarifying your future aspirations, whether it's a leadership vision as a a coaching client or a professional vision as a career design client (or both, for both...). You’ll assess the gaps between where you are today and this new reality, identify the actions required to close the gaps, and then figure out how to remove any barriers in the way. #2 Confidentiality is table stakes, and essential to build the trust that's fundamental to your success. I'll create a safe and supportive environment, act with integrity, keep my promises, and respect your perspective and learning style.#3 Each of us has clear roles and responsibilities in this partnership. You’re responsible for the content, the decisions, and the work. I’m responsible for ensuring an effective process and for helping you identify the assumptions, behaviors, and habits in your way - and how to change them.
