• Support 3 HR Business Partners with day to day staffing, recruitment and termination activities• Prepare and process HR change requests for HRIS data entry (i.e. new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, organizational assignment change requests)• Update weekly and monthly Staffing Reports• Screen and route incoming resumes• Complex calendaring between hiring managers and prospective candidates• Coordinate candidate travel and hotel reservations • Maintain positions (i.e. open requisition postings) on the different job boards ie, monster, dice.com, college career centers, and internal website• Contractor processing in SAP• Type offer letters and send offer packages with appropriate materials• Provide weekly recruitment activity to HR Mgmt and sending out employee referral email communication.• Manage the exit trending spreadsheet, as needed by the HR Business Partners.• Follow up with HR Business Partners to ensure data accuracy• Partner with HR team and field questions to provide support to hiring managers and others in the organization as it relates to staffing• Prepare purchase order requests and invoice processing• Immigration - responsible as an EFI liaison with foreign national employees, FDBL, and related items.• Process all incoming invoices thru SAP• Assist with special projects as needed.
