By implementing intensive training and innovative sales techniques, her team maintained a closure rate between 25%-35% with efficiencies between 5% & 18% for nine years. During her management, sales grew from 3 million to 25 million net. The program was a paramount module & represents a leading module in the Riviera Maya & Cancun. She received her B. A. in Cultural Anthropology, is a Certified Nutritionist and acupressurist, as well as gained invaluable experience living 20 years in Mexico and Ecuador. She is bilingual in Spanish and enthusiastic about Latin culture and South East Asia in particular. She has traveled many roads, excels in cross-cultural communication and she relishes meeting people of diverse belief systems. While living in Mexico, her experience working among people of a different culture and methods for expediting projects was challenging at times, it also taught her fortitude, tolerance, and endurance. Simultaneously, the combination of both cultural ways proved to interconnect agreeably and top client service and corporate goals were both attained.
