Likewise I have used the ideas and energy from my mind/body experiences to help business teams and people become highly energized and satisfied. My experience in the business world allows me to relate to students who come to class after working, full of stress and with very active minds. It is from this place of understanding and experience I am able to help people relax, and reconnect to their authentic self, rather than the role of employee, manager, supervisor, etc. that each of us step into every day. Our career does not define who we are, its simply a vehicle to experience the world and gain knowledge and oh yeah pay our bills too :)
