What is useful are the skills I have that make me a successful manager.While I can perform all the necessary administrative aspects of the job, my interpersonal skills are really what makes me effective. I am comfortable communicating up and down the chain of command or across the aisle. I like to build bridges.Everyone talks about work-life balance, and as a manager I feel one of my most critical tasks is balancing the company's needs with the employee’s needs. This is important in order to keep my team members happy and motivated. A happy employee is a productive employee and a productive employee is good for business.I am passionate about what I do.
