In my role as Assistant Dean for Admissions and Director of Diversity Programs, I served on the Committee on Admissions as the subcommittee Chair for the Western region of the United States. I recruited and interviewed prospective medical students, advised current students and managed several programs with a particular focus on diversity, inclusion and community health.
