I manage all aspects of online learning development: consulting, analysis, topic research, instructional design, script writing, storyboarding, visual design, voice recording, implementation, and evaluation. Learning experiences include individual online courses and curricula leveraging multi-media, blended learning, and read-only/job aid formats employing current adult learning theories.

Coaching Methodology and PhilosophyI believe in the value of using different coaching methods as determined by the situation, needs, and preferences of the individuals that I coach. My 20+ years in the fields of business, psychology, and adult and organizational development provide a wealth of tools and methods to help clients reach their goals. Underlying the varied methods utilized is my philosophy that:• Learning and development are active processes in which clients build upon their own knowledge and experience to arrive at a unique interpretation of a situation• Each client is a member of an interrelated system in which change in one part of the system impacts the whole, and that; • My role as a coach is to help clients align their interpretations with the collective interpretations of other members of their system and then construct a plan of action to attain their desired outcome.This process includes working with clients to:• Gather feedback from various sources using a variety of tools to more clearly see the position from which they are starting• Identify specific development goals that they want to achieve, and then to help them;• Construct a new strategy to achieve these goals through forward-focused conversations that include testing the assumptions and beliefs that underlie their actions
