CurrentPrincipal Family LawyerIn 2001, several years after commencing my legal career with Harwood Andrews Lawyers, I was appointed to the position of a Registrar of the Family Court of Australia. I held that office until I decided to return to Harwood Andrews in early 2008 to take up my current position. My principal areas of practice are: - Mediation - Divorce settlements - Parental responsibilities and child custody law- Divorce- De facto and same sex disputes I have significant experience across the full range of family law issues. My former position as a Family Court Registrar has enhanced my expertise and provided me with a unique insight into the Court’s practices and procedures. My recreational passion is travel. I particularly enjoy trekking in mountainous areas and have hiked extensively in Nepal. My sporting interests include snow skiing, scuba diving, walking and swimming.
