I am an experienced Business Development Manager, with a strong track record in securing, designing and delivering projects with impact. I am a strategic thinker with a proven capacity to connect capability, resources and relationships with market needs in order to identify and exploit new business opportunities.In recent years, I have worked across the public, higher education and private sectors, and in partnership with key international organisations to deliver a wide range of strategic and innovative initiatives. These have included designing strategies for teams, developing business and operational plans to support their implementation, and crafting successful tenders and grant applications which bring together diverse capabilities, stakeholders and resources and showcase their unique value proposition. I am a hard-working and passionate team player, who is committed to delivering real impact for the organisations and communities in which I work. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and earned a Master of Arts from Macquarie University in 2014. I am currently undertaking a PhD at The University of Adelaide.
