As a member of the Discovery team for the Global Execution Systems (GES) project, we gained executive approval to launch the project. As a member of the team to replace the legacy forecast system, I wrote the project plan for the master data portion as well as created test plans and tested to ensure the correct data was populated in the SAP web-based form. Responsible for testing master data prior to the implementation of SAP Enhancement Pack 5. Worked with Internal Audit to ensure documented procedures were followed for the SAP web-based part creation form process.• Key driver in gaining approval to purchase SAP’s MDG and Data Services applications• Selected vendor to successfully lead data conversion to SAP system for over 55,000 assembly part numbers in preparation for creating bills of materials in SAP• Detected and removed key customer names from material master text fields, saving company over $20 million in fines

As a member of the part master team during the SAP implementation I was responsible for designing the finished goods material masters in the SAP system. Quoted price and delivery of product to sales representatives and customers. Provided cross-reference material numbers for competitor’s part numbers and maintained and analyzed sales forecasts. Visited sales representatives nationwide to present product information.

Oversaw the customer support department of a division of TEMIC. Wrote procedures for shipping and receiving transactions and conducted the training for two warehouses to support Siliconix’s SAP System. Facilitated and organized the transfer of decentralizing customer service from the west coast to three regional sales offices. Wrote all training manuals and trained new users nationwide.

Provided customer service to all OEM accounts in North America for the Telefunken product line. Quoted price and delivery, entered sales orders and tracked shipments from Germany to the United States through customs. Corresponded with the factory in Germany to ensure on time delivery to the United States customers. Responsible for two EDI key customers, one of which was an automotive line. Monitored shipments out of 2 JIT warehouses and performed quarterly cycle counts in both.

Reviewed the MRP report and scheduled die prep and assembly lines for the discrete and IC product groups. Forecasted a 4-month rolling projected delinquency analysis to original schedule date every month. Worked with Purchasing to ensure piece part availability for planned orders.

Oversaw the planning and scheduling of a new computer product. Reviewed the MRP report and scheduled all sub-assemblies for 900 computers that were built on time and per schedule.
