  I am responsible for the global marketing and communication of MaxGrip, a consultancy firm specialized in asset performance Management (APM). As such, I am also a member of the MaxGrip Leadership Team and since 2023 a partner in our company. My role is both strategic and hands-on. I create the marketing strategy, lead a small team and work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in EMEA, USA and Malaysia to realize that B2B marketing strategy. I work closely with the team on lead generation through effective multichannel campaigns, tailored key account marketing, the improvement of our global brand reach, employer of choice and internal communications. I also work closely with the VP Business Development and Product Management and our SMEs to bring our solutions to the market and reach the right target group.Our target customers are asset-intensive companies in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, Utilities and more industrial markets. MaxGrip operates on all continents and has a global presence with offices in the Netherlands (HQ), USA and Malaysia.
