Created a tailor-made computer thinking expert system for a residential treatment center, to save 3-5 hours per client monthly and ensure compliance with both Indiana and Kentucky State as well as Federal requirements. Integrated user-level security and HIPAA data protection to prevent misuses of personal information.Analyzed state and federal requirements and rules to pinpoint critical factors within the flow of data and processes, to develop recommended treatment plans. Worked with pyschologists and counselors to determine proper questions and assessments to lead to proper care for adolescences. Generated custom operations software for 5 different golf courses, including tee time scheduling and 8 individual pro trainers schedules, and tracked over 800 memberships within the bookkeeping and accounting features. Resulting in a centralized headquarters and better analytical information to clear business forecasting.Facilitated end-user training for groups of 25-50 employees and generated supporting documentation for proprietary computer systems, reducing the employees learning curve and enabling immediately work on deployment of the new software. Evaluated multiple stack UNIX system and over 300 individual legendary interactive programs for Y2K impact and led the resolution team, resulting in no software failure for a 24-hour operation manufacturing center.Project leader of smoothest UNIX system mitigation in the company's 25 year history, resulting in zero downtime as a result of the conversion.
