Responsibilities included program assessment, negotiations, quantifying options and managing a project team. Co-invented a simulation tool that is still used in 100% of the revenue generating engagements. The model has forecasting capabilities to support negotiation efforts and identify increased savings opportunities for a client’s airline program. Coordinated integration efforts of a new scorecard tool. Managed development team and several functional areas to ensure deliverable deadlines were met, necessary processes were in place and the end-result product met all initial requirements.
