Working with our Partners/Agents- Onboarding new agents, agent marketing requests, and book consolidation. Setting up virtual zoom meetings to train our new agents. Showing our new agents, the website, going over product knowledge and quoting. I earned the Hagerty Award for New Agent New Business Premium in 2020. I led our SDS team in new agent meetings and have made my goals by 100% or higher each year.

I was the Book Roll Coordinator, making sure the potential Book Opportunities were quoted for the Territory Managers and Non-Territory Agents. If the Agent had less than 20 Declaration pages, I quoted them. If the Agent had over 20 declaration pages, I sent them to our underwriting specialist to quote. I prepared a comparison spreadsheet which showed Hagerty and the competitor’s premiums with any differences between the two carriers. I presented the comparison spreadsheet to the Territory Manager or Non-Territory Agent. I handled that Book Roll for its entirety; twelve to eighteen months. I provided the Territory Manager or Non-Territory Agent with monthly progress Reports. I had to role as Virtual Territory manager, handling 48 Agents in the Southern Territory. I would call my agent periodically to see if they needed anything and give training when needed. I would send out a valuation report to let them know if their clients’ vehicles were undervalued. Periodically I would go in person to visit my agents. I would help them with marketing material and in some cases help with a show.

Worked in the call center handled incoming calls answering questions for Direct and Agents. Quoted and helped issue policies and process endorsements for our direct clients and agents. I got to intern for the summer in Broker Operations' which led to my promotion.
