US Autism Homes is a 501c3 committed to providing an opportunity for autistic adults to live independently from their parents with room mates of their choice within an active Faith Based supportive community. Currently, the model is being piloted within Southampton, NY with 11 autistic adults who are living in 3 separate homes and are aligned with the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox church . This Faith Based supportive community works in an interdenominational way to be an ally to the autistic residents. USAutism Homes wants to be a resource for other families who seek an innovative model that uses their self directed funding to support an independent life which is rich with friends, and community engagement. This innovative non profit company has a mission to train, educate and employ people living with Autism.Each jar is hand mixed and packed in small batches by hard working individuals with Autism who we like to refer to as our “Granologists.” By empowering “Granologists” with living wages and independent life skills, we are able to deliver a product that tastes good and does good too.
