Hi,My name is Michael Lee. I'm an autistic adult with special needs and disabilities. I work at Luv Michael where I learned how break and pack granolas. I work for 5 hours straight from 9:00am-2:00pm. My greatest strengths are remaining focused on task and being independently on time. It's my first to second year at Luv Michael because before I began working I started off as an intern where I had to show people that I am capable of working at Luv Michael. The experience I had for Luv Michael was, being interested and taking a chance to try something I had never done before. I've been moping floors, cleaning the restroom and tables, washing the dishes and writing cards and shipping them in envelopes. The best thing about my job is they hired me and recruited me to be part of their team where I became a *Granologist* It was the most amazing experience I've ever achieved. Working at Luv Michael is very important because I learned many great interesting steps about my job. My industry cleaning the restroom at Luv Michael. People at Luv Michael were kind and taught me a few steps to benefit me into learning to getting used to throughout my work.
