At North Haven Academy, I was tasked with strategically increasing the quality of education our students received, and improving the quality of service clients received in the student clinic. Managing the project involved advising leadership on best practices for increasing revenue and educational experience, managing the resulting changes in organizational development, hiring teaching staff, creating and facilitating onboarding programing, creating and implementing a curriculum congruent with state licensing exam compliance, and a strong focus on the professional and client relationship-building skills required for successfully practicing in the industry. Orchestrating and delivering learning and development for the teaching staff played a crucial role in educational advancement of the students. Prior to my arrival, the clinic at North Haven Academy was operating without policy guidelines, leading to inconsistencies in client experience, insufficient learning opportunities, and unnecessary spending. I researched and developed treatment protocols and implemented a software-based inventory system, resulting in an increased ROI for spa procedures, along with an increased client experience rating. Students experienced a higher-caliber education, client retention increased, and the morale of our internal community improved.
