In my most recent position with TriHealth, I monitor a call center that supports a system with 70 seats, an answering service with 23 seats, and system practices with 315 providers. I oversee access and operations for TPP, including more than 600 physicians and over 200 APC’s. I collaborate with EPIC teams to institute best practices concerning access across the entire business unit. I establish a plan to consolidate eight call centers into one operation. I support the implementation of TriHealth Clinic at seven Walgreens locations. I utilize knowledge of EPIC and applications to improve access and efficiency.
