Though I had a corporate career right after graduating from college, when my daughter was born, I made the decision to prioritize my family and began my journey to building several successful entrepreneurial ventures, including a multi-million dollar real estate firm.Early in my real estate career, I discovered the field can be a bit of a rollercoaster – emotionally and financially! Ultimately, when you work in real estate, you are subject to the whims of clients, changes in the financial market, the availability of inventory, and other market factors that can impact whether or not you earn income in any given month. I needed to find a way to offset that rollercoaster and normalize my income, and I wasn’t ready to give up real estate completely.I dabbled in some home-based businesses that I thought would work for our family, but stability and reliability were missing links – what’s common in this industry is zero duplication and low retention rate. Still, I wanted to serve and help people in a way that was safe, made sense for families, and allowed me to use my skills to enhance lives. And I found it – now, I spend my time mentoring and helping women achieve their goals and find something within themselves they may have forgotten was there – passion, drive, excitement to work towards something that means so much for them. I work very closely with the incredible individuals I mentor, identifying short & longterm goals, strategy sessions, and 1-1 coaching. My heart is solidly set on sharing vision and showing others how they can change their lives. You don’t have to have any experience. You don’t have to have a huge social media following.
