Patients Know Best (PKB) is the world's first patient controlled health record. We work with the NHS to give patients instant access to their medical records to better manage their health. The software helps patients take control of their health, physicians increase the efficiency of communication and hospitals to increase revenues. I provide support to patients, organisations and the development team.

I supported the development, testing, deployment, maintenance of NWORTH IT systems and services required for research projects. This includes Infermed MACRO Electronic Data Capture Systems (EDCS) and web-based randomisation systems for specific clinical trials.

I ensured that NHS health care staff had access to knowledge for their evidence-based practice, education and research. I provided one-to-one and group support sessions for medical staff and students, on various research topics and medical databases. I was the designated student liaison librarian and delivered introductory sessions for medical students during their hospital placement.
