20 years secretarial experience in Southampton’s property department, adapting to different roles in line with changing business demands. Produced an office manual for temporary secretarial staff and mentored permanent new starters.Asked to take on additional project management responsibilities in connection with the development of a new business park and the subsequent sales and lettings of individual units.

I joined this small family owed practice as an office junior, later becoming PA to the Senior Partner. Duties involved receptionist role, correspondence, reprographics, preparing conference room and refreshments for client meetings.
