Programme DirectorNew Zealand Leadership Institute May 2004 - Aug 2009Lisa was engaged as a founding member by Excelerator - the New Zealand Leadership Institute (University of Auckland Business School) , to design, direct and facilitate (with an amazing team of others) their Community Leadership Programme initiatives. Among other projects, this work took Lisa to Northland where she was responsible for the Kaipara Leadership Programme (in partnership with the Kaipara District Council), and later for a leadership programme for sporting leaders in Northland in partnership with SPARK.
