Led PSG Talent Acquisition efforts in attracting and hiring all employees for all Altera North America sites. Altera is an Intel company. * Led a team of recruiters, support staff, expatriate/relocation specialist, new college graduate rotation program, and university recruiting programs. * Established talent acquisition strategies, including setting global direction, processes, and alignment for recruiting. I assess, select, and manage relationships with vendors. I partner with Finance and business units leaders to plan strategic talent acquisition plans.
