As teacher of the Seed to Cup class at Novo's Barista Training School, I had theopportunity to educate our community and take students on a beautiful journey through thelife of coffee seeds. Everything from where coffee comes from, to the processes it goesthrough, to sustainability practices, the artistry in roasting, and all the hard work that goesinto every phase was discussed. I gave students a tour of our roasting facility, and weended the course with a cupping. This position allowed me to play an integral part inestablishing new customer relationships in the community, as well as retaining currentrelationships.

I used a myriad of resources to create industry-specific digital newsletters for associationsof all types across the United States and internationally. I worked closely with myassociation accounts to develop, strengthen and maintain their uniqueness throughout theproducts we created for their members. As well as develop strategies to optimize industrycoverage and grow subscription numbers resulting in increased revenue. I managed andsupported a small team of editors through the various projects that would arise from theuniqueness of each association we managed individually. I participated in team meetingsto brainstorm how to be more innovative with our products, and bring consistent andefficient service to our clients.
