I am an Assurance Partner at Cohen & Company and team lead for the firm’s Youngstown office. I work with some of the firm’s largest audit clients, primarily in the real estate industry. My clients generally have complex entity structures and deal with issues such as intercompany transactions, business combinations and noncontrolling interest ownership. My attest work includes conducting audits of New Market Tax Credit related entities and audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 and HUD Compliance regulations. I am also active in Cohen’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group.I received an M.B.A. and B.S.B.A. from Youngstown State University and am a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio. I currently serve on the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation’s Finance Committee, the Sokolov Honors College of YSU’s advisory board, and REVITALIZE Home Mortgage’s Board of Directors.
