Founding Curio Press was the next chapter, a venture focused on intricate book packaging collaborations with editors and authors spanning diverse sectors from higher education to graphic novels.In 2016, I spearheaded the launch and leadership of Crossroads Oxford within a large multi-site church. The goal was to revolutionize the church experience by proactively addressing challenges rather than merely filling seats. Through thoughtful systems-solving, community connections, and bridging academic-community gaps, we fostered a thriving congregation with hundreds of weekly attendees and a dedicated team of volunteers.Transitioning to the digital realm due to the pandemic, I amplified engagement and retention through strategic SEO and UX decisions, achieving a remarkable 2400% increase in article views.
