Oversee supply chain orders for baby, hair needs and grooming categories. Review and adjust orders based on trending data and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery into DC network. Track merchandise resets in partnership with Demand Planner’s, DC’s and vendors. Identify and resolve out of stock issues through effective use of data and prioritize areas of opportunity to secure required inventory.

Responsible for Vendor communication regarding new product launches, ad requests and reviews and product pricing structure. Executed the weekly promotional plan and monthly key item ad plans. Reviewed promo plans with Category Team. Managed the category catalog to ensure correct costs from vendors and optimal retail pricing to achieve planned gross profit.

Responsible for delivering quality and improvement to meet and exceed all key performance metrics. Supports Store Manager in diagnosing the business and leveraging the synergies of Retail, Lab and Doctor to drive positive results. Partners with Store Manager to lead a team through strong knowledge, service and selling skills. Delivers strong and constructive coaching in a timely manner. Executes visual directives to maintain an outstanding store appearance and shopping environment.
