Fiera is a startup studio that co-creates new companies with entrepreneurs and/or corporations,My role encompassed various facets, contributing significantly to business development and marketing efforts.As a Business Development Representative for Claira, a company leveraging machine learning to map team competencies, I played a pivotal role in initiating and driving business growth.Subsequently, I spearheaded the marketing strategy for the launch of Demand Cloud, a cloud cost optimization platform developed by Fiera Studio. The process included:○ Designing a detailed SWOT, which highlighted a strategic “blue ocean” opportunity for a LATAM product launch.○ Formulating the marketing mix and social media strategy utilizing the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Promotion, Place), aligning each element with Demand Cloud's market strengths. o For the "P" of Product, highlighted Demand Cloud's strengths and valuable features for the market. o For the "P" of Price, implemented a freemium structure to boost brand awareness in the short term. o For the "P" of Promotion, planned LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads campaigns and a content marketing strategy through blog posts. o For the "P" of Place, commercialized Demand Cloud through the website and a reseller program.Researched keywords for SEO and SEM in Google Keyword Planner, LinkedIn, and SEMRush, gaining insights into competitors' topics.Accomplishments: ● Successfully added a lead worth more than USD 180,000 into Claira’s pipeline within two monthsTools and Platforms● CRM utilized: Hubspot.● SEO and SEM Research: Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, LinkedIn, SEMRush
