Key responsibilities - (architecture and interior design packages), DD documentation including ongoing QA, tender documentation, detail reviews, construction documentation, CA including resolution of RFIs and variations, purchaser changes and consultant coordination, shop drawing reviews, NBN integration solutions.- Darling Street Apartments - 97 apartments. Construction cost approx. $32M. Key responsibilities - DD, purchaser changes, tender documentation, consultant coordination, construction documentation, architecture material selection to meet planning requirements, balustrade detailing, interiors detailing. Went on site as I left CHT Architects.
