I was head of the Innovation unit and the innovation accelerator Hbg Works that consists of 25+ employees working with digital development and innovation processes on behalf of the city.The City of Helsingborg has formulated the goal to become Europes most innovative city by 2022. I initiated, started and was head of Lfant AB. Lfant is an innovation company that works with customer-driven development that meets tomorrow's need for simplicity and safety. We always aimed to do things differently. As a subsidiary of Länsförsäkringar Skåne, Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg and Länsförsäkringar Göteborg & Bohuslän, we worked with intrapreneurship and delivered innovation through our own development and through partnerships with others.

I was focusing on making business smarter and increase innovation in the company. It was my responsibility to analyze, understand, sort and propose priority digital effort in the short and in the long run. I was part of the management group, responsible for the company´s strategic plan and strategic business development. I was also responsible of running our innovation company Lfant AB.

Member of the CEO staff. Responsible for initiating, planning and running change management initiatives and strategic development projects in collaboration with management.

Head of Business Solution Delivery (BSD) Digital group. The group consisted of digital Project managers/Product Owners. The department was responsible for delivering, optimizing and coordinating digital projects/solutions to Aller Media in all Nordic countries (more than 50 web sites). Responsible for driving product development issues, process development and interface requirements in various IT projects. Accountable for developing and implementing new processes and new layout / navigation on Skandia's Internet bank.

One of two Project Managers, responsible for starting up and running a card company on behalf of Sweden's independent savings banks. Responsibilities: Product Development, Marketing and IT development. Main responsible for specifying requirements, ordering and implementing a web portal to be used by all owner banks.

Worked at a Nordic level with business process modelling (BPM) and process optimization. I was one of two project managers working together with a team manager, coordinating and managing workshops in order to produce a future customer process map for Nordea Retail.

Worked as a specialist in requirements, interaction design, testing and implementation. I worked mainly with requirements and test regarding a new Nordic CRM-project to be used by Nordea Retail in all Nordic countries.

I combined the work as Relationshop Manager for small companies with work in two different IT-projects. I worked with requirements and test in a development project for a new Swedish credit system. I was responsible for the implementation of the system in all branches in Sweden. I also participated as Swedish representative in a Nordic Credit project.
