Additional responsibility as Reward Partner for our cross boarder units Common Products and Services, Group Strategy and Commercial and Group Functions. Being the spoc for our HR leadership team covering all question related to Rewards.

We are an international team covering salaries and benefits questions within the Group. My focus is salary review, job architecture, job evaluation (according to Mercers IPE and Willis Towers Watson) and benchmarking of market compensation. Responsible for our pay structure as well as equal pay framework. We have, during 2017/2018, implemented a large HR project since we implemented the HR tool Workday where I was involved in shaping and implementing our compensation module covering pay structure and job architecture.

My role at the company was as a consultant within compensation and benefits area and more specific within the segment Talent & Reward. I worked with projects in the areas such as job architecture, Job Levelling, salary management, benchmarking of competitive compensation and analysis of compensation levels from an Equal opportunity perspective. Responsible for the salary survey for our Swedish customers within the High Tech sector.

I was responsible for the financial statement, book keeping and invoicing. The work also included research, preparation of presentation material and being coordinator of internal and external events and for internal communication.
