Executive Assistant to the Executive DirectorProvided administrative support to the Executive Director and additional support to staff as necessary. Areas of coverage include daily office operations and correspondence. Managed the evolving demands of Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Purchasing, Volunteers, Charitable Donations, Time and Attendance as outlined below;• Implemented office policies and procedures, including high-volume calls as the agency liaison while creating a viable and professional work environment.• Accountable for HR job posting, interviews, onboarding, discipline documentation, distribution of employee handbook, policy, procedures and agency standard operating manual, and employee retention.• Functioned as the vendor liaison procuring various departmental purchasing requests and deliveries while troubleshooting any discrepancies. Reduced the usage of credit card payments and sought invoice opportunity with all established vendors.• Coordinated and recruited volunteers from various agencies, corporations and private individuals increasing the participation of volunteers by 50 percent on a month to month basis.• Assisted the Executive Director and CFO with bookkeeping requests including accounts receivable, accounts payables, cash and check deposits, financial reports, billing and credit inquires.• Completed daily time and attendance report for the leadership team and staff in-service logs.• Worked directly with property management to address and resolve all internal and external building related issues.• Produced correspondence for charitable donations, NESF inquires and outside community agency support. • Participated in leadership team meeting including Zoom calls pertaining to the planning and preparation of monthly and large scale events.
