Ability360 Employment Services is an approved Employment Network for Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work program. We are a single-state Employment Network that has been providing free of charge employment assistance and support services to persons with disabilities seeking employment since 2002 who want to return to self-supporting employment. All of our staff members have personal experience with disability, many in which have been on disability benefits and have been successful graduates of the Ticket to Work program. Having 20 years of combined experience helping people return to work, we understand the questions and concerns that a consumer may have about returning to work because we have been there. Our job is to analyze a consumer’s specific situation and goals and advise throughout the job search process.Our consumers all have extensive work experience at all responsibility levels and in all industries. All have been pre-screened and are ready and interested in employment. Once hired, our consumers meet the diversity guidelines under the Section 503 requirements as well as qualify as a person for Work Opportunity Tax Credits. We network with other community partners and employers to fill positions within Arizona.
