Assistant to David Greenwell, Tax Partner and Oklahoma City Councilman: Responsible for David’s meetings with clients and management, redirect and handle general questions they have (filing questions, return requests, billing questions, etc). Prepare letters (comfort, 7216 consent, Identify Theft, engagement). Maintain David’s Outlook calendars, meeting schedules, conference calls, tax issue meetings. Set up new tax clients and facilitate; Maintain accurate client information for billing, reporting, mailing lists; Make proper project assignment and associated budget information ; Troubleshoot time entry issues for staff; Set-up custom reports and associated portals as required; Train tax staff; Administrator for applications and various databases (GFR, Prosystems, Practice, Client Central, Prostaff) (set-up new IDs, remove former employees); Set-up new workflows; Cleanse information (recurring vs. non-recurring workflows; routing assignments); Generate reports ; During busy tax seasons; monitor partner’s lists and follow-up with staff as required; IRS notices received, scanned and project is set-up for each notice; work with Accounting Services to setup workflows associated with current bookkeeping clients; work with training coordinator to establish CPE certification; training plans for all tax staff professionals; Schedule training sessions and document completion; Prepare documentation packets for staff members and ensure resources are in place for learning events; Handle travel for CPE events; provide technical support to marketing on troubleshooting issues; Provide training and setting up registration events ; Renew annual licenses. Handle IRS Transcript - prepare POAs, to utilize online IRS transcript tools; Receive inbound tax work; Ensure budget information is correct routing assignments populated correctly; Prepare master template for annual evaluations; Track all self-evaluations and evaluations by seniors and above.
