MEET LISA► In 20 years as a corporate & education leader, strategist and change manager I learned that if an organisation is to thrive, no-one should have a bad day at work – and this became my guiding principle. I also accrued a precious toolkit of knowledge, insights, skills and practices that (my clients tell me) make my coaching and training relevant, powerful, honest – and fun! Key Achievements: Led the recruitment process of a new Principal which included the use of psychometric profiles and an assessment centre. Took the lead of the assessment process and ensured the achievement of the IIP Gold Standard.
