-Plan and execute conferences small- and large-scale events, including programmatic meetings for staff and workshops for over 100 participants. Duties include venue contract negotiations, registering participants, connecting technology, arranging appropriate catering, travel coordination and working with outside consultants.-Manage Board of Directors’.

-Successfully applied for over $200,000 in new funding in 2009.-Managed all facets of institutional and foundation giving, including new and existing donor relationships. -Assured compliance with grant agreements and consistent, timely reporting.

-Oversaw development projects, including management of the annual fund, securing over $300,000 in revenue. -Planned and executed a 200-volunteer KaBOOM! event to complete a playground in one day, working with event sponsors and in-kind donors.-Assisted in special event planning and administration, including the development of registration systems.-Built.

-Developed and implemented successful fundraising strategies that secured over $71,000 in new grant revenues, and worked on programmatic strategies to garner additional funding.-Edited and published online and print publications. -Coordinated Concert for Hope event.
